 Hey ladies! Im sorry i havent posted in long time, i just have been so busy with classes and shit, that i really havent had time to do anything it seems but study. This also means i havent had a hard time coming up with any excuses to not eat. My new favorite is, no sorry, i already went to the cafe earlier. Its great! I came into college as 115lbs and now i am a steady 105lbs. I just need to start exercising regularly again...i havent gone for a run in a week! I feel like a fatass...but at least im not eating much; actually my new diet seems to consist of mainly just chai tea and occasionally some pretzels when i feel really stressed out and starving. They're only 100cals thou and they fill up fast. 

How is everyone doing? i wish everyone the best of luck...be strong ladies!

p.s. i am starting a liquid fast probably tonight at 12 and im going to try and go until saturday....so a 5day fast??? if anyone wants to join i would appreciate the extra support!

OMG!!!! i weighed myself today and i went from 114 to my new CW 110.3. Since i've joined this site on Tuesday, i lost almost 4lbs. 

i ate some popcorn and rice...but then i felt horrible and purged it up ~ 50 cals????
i also exercised from 6:45 to 8

i did much better today...i ran 5 miles!!
only had a bag of light popcorn
2 glasses of 0 cal tea
i feel stronger than i have in awhile even thou i shouldnt
since i started my period, had 7:40AM chem class, and worked until 5PM

tomorrow i want to work out for at least an hour, does anyone know how to get rid of fatty thighs, i look skinny everywhere but my thighs. errgh!

 Today sucks...I binged on chocolate chips and pretzel sticks, ended up throwing it up and feeling like crap. Decided that I am just going to drink my ice tea throughout the rest of the day, get some rest, and do better tomorrow. I think I am having such a bad day because its my first day back from visiting home for Labor Day weekend and I guess I need to get back into the swing of things and start losing weight again.
